I’m middle-aged (if only for a few more years), the father of two amazing grown-ups, and through a series of fortunate events ended up working as a Finance Director in a business providing support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities several years ago.

I’ve seen what the right support can do for an individual, and I’ve worked in enough businesses to know that culture and values make all the difference, whatever the product or service, or whether you are a customer, employee, or supplier. 

Reside’s purpose is to improve lives, and part of our vision is to be trusted.  We can only do that by collaborating in a truly open way, placing importance on our values of Respect, being Committed and Inclusive, and above all Honest. I’m committed to that in our business, so if you’re reading my bio as a prospective colleague, with or on behalf of an individual needing support, or just because it’s a slow day, that’s the most important thing I think you need to know about me.
