Working Hours: we recognise that supporting individuals can be a demanding on occasion so offer a 36 hour working week.  This gives you the choice to take more time to yourself, or work additional hours at a premium rate.

Pay Rate: Earn a competitive salary of £12.81 per hour, depending on your role and experience. We also offer enhanced rates for overtime and bank holidays, with double time on special days.

DBS Check: We cover the full cost of your enhanced DBS check and any renewals, so you can focus on what matters most.

Pension Scheme: We contribute to your future through our Nest pension scheme, helping you build financial security over time.
